About Christine Bayliss

After attending the London School of Economics Christine joined the UK Civil Service in 2000 working in a variety of roles in the Department of Education and HM Treasury and on secondment to the Big Lottery and Manchester City Council.

In 2015 Christine established CBECS as a provider of project management and community engagement services to the education sector. She has now extended the scope of her work to cover a wide range of public services including pre-planning application consultations with local communities and neighbours, business and resident surveys and reports.
