Christine Bayliss founded CBECS in 2015 following a successful public service career. Christine has held senior positions in the Department for Education including Head of South East and South London Free School implementation Unit and also in Local Government where she was Head of Strategy and Performance for Manchester City Council’s Education Department.
Since 2015 she has set up and established CBECS as one of the leading independent providers of strategic education advice. She has developed the CBECs team so that they are able to provide a full range of services from marketing new school places to bidding support and financial strategy through to curriculum planning and support for school and academy leaders.
